Welcome to Bedford Credit Union

Credit unions are financial co-operatives owned and controlled by their members. They offer savings and great value loans plus they are local, ethical and know what their members want.

Each credit union has a "Common Bond" which determines who can become a member of the credit union. The common bond for Bedford Credit Union relates to people living or working in the areas specified on the Common Bond Page.

A number of other schools are currently in various stages of planning, and it is anticipated that the total number of Schools Savings Clubs operating by the end of June will be fifteen. In the new school year further clubs will be launched.

These are open to students so they can save on a regular weekly basis and draw out money when they want it.
